I am a professional photographer based in Conifer Colorado. I studied photography in college and eventually graduated with a major in journalism. I currently juggle many duties as both a photographer pursuing my dreams to shoot fine art portraits of horses and western lifestyle and various other events such as rodeos and horse shows; but I am also a technology consultant working on various web implementation projects.

The best photographers are naturally drawn to those subjects that they love. For some its architecture, or boats, or people - for me its horses. I began photographing horses during my first field shoot in photography 101 as a college freshmen. From the moment that I shot my first horse portrait I knew that it was something that I would return to. That black and white shot sits on my bookcase as a constant reminder of the day that I joined my two favorite passions.
